TEC’s Training Program Team focuses on teaching the new cohort fundamental financial skills, including exposure to market research and modeling to prepare for investment banking recruiting.

Each semester TEC recruits 12 - 16 analysts to partake in its training program. The training program lasts from five - seven week with the culmination of a final investment pitch opportunity.
